Practical 3

I am very impressed with Google's search functions/features. This is because the range of their search is extremely broad and the results are quite relevant in my research. Their results are also arranged in a sense that the most commonly used and probably the most relevant results are also one the front, making life much easier for the researcher.

I feel that participating in a discussion forum would be fun as i can communicate with people around the world with their different views on my topic. It will definately be useful in my research as there are people out with much more knowledge about my topic (Hurricanes) then myself. I am very anxious about talking to strangers online based on my topic as i want to know their opinions about it.

Citations are very important for me personally as it is to give respect to the origins of the results.
I would be upset if people took my work and used it for their own without giving me some credit. Aside from my views, we might get caught when not using citations and may get into trouble legally.
